- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- Process: Contact our customer support team at blendytrendz@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange. Please provide your tracking CN number and reason for the return. An unpacking video and clear photos are essential for damaged items. Note that Return item shipping charges will be paid by Customer.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after deducting the courier charges.
- Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please not that there is NO exchange policy in place.
